The Volvo Alternative Transportation Program is there to assist our Volvo guests with the choice for assistance while their Volvo is being serviced. The Alternative Transportation Program is designed to help make your experience with Erin Mills Volvo Service and Parts teams as hassle-free as possible, therefore, Erin Mills Volvo offers loaner cars (with a pre-booked Volvo Appointment) Shuttle rides to and from work, school or home, or reimbursement of *Public Transportation when Erin Mills Alternative Transportation Service’s resources are not available.
